Jon Bradford, BusAd '80, has worked for the same company since graduation and is now the head of their marketing department. He coaches basketball and soccer and his wife, Gayle Kutzleb Bradford, DAAP '79, volunteers at the local school. They have two boys, Jon Robert and Michael. The Bradfords live in Valparaiso, Ind.

Patricia Rapp-Fraley, Cler '80, Eve '82, is owner of Cincinnati Training Terminal and Services, employing 65 people with offices in the Cincinnati area and in Pasco, Wash. She lives in Batavia.

1981
Karen Fulwood-Cheney, A&S '81, lives in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, and has two children. She received her master's in human resource management and instructional design from Marymount University in 2000 and is now a consultant.

Carl Gajus, CCM '81, has been on active duty in the Air Force for more than 20 years and is stationed at Tyndall Air Force Base outside Panama City, Fla. His unit supports testing of air-to-air weapons for fighter aircraft. He and his wife, Janet, have been married for 18 years.

John Mitchell, A&S '81, MA (A&S) '83, joined the Cincinnati Association for the Blind in 1999 and was recently named director of operations. He is also responsible for Office Runway, the base supply store operated by the CAB on the Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton. Mitchell is an active volunteer with youth baseball and Cub Scouts as well as chairman of the Inclusion Network workplace committee. He and his wife, Kathy, live in Cincinnati with their four children, Jack, Elise, Patrick and Tim.

Scott Millis, MA (A&S) '82, PhD (A&S) '84, has been elected as a Fellow of the American Psychological Association for 2002. Millis is an associate professor of physical medicine and rehabilitation at New Jersey Medical School and senior research scientist at the Kessler Medical and Rehabilitation Research and Education Corp. Millis lives in Madison, N.J.

Hasan Syed, MS (Eng) '82, is project manager at Lam Research Corp. in Fremont, Calif. He writes, "I still remember the good old days I spent at UC. If my friends are reading this, I'd love to hear from them. Some of my great teachers, like Dean Shupe and Ron Houston, are still there. Hats off to them." Syed and his wife, Samina, have three children and live in Fremont.

Larry Collins, CAS '83, works at Honda Transmission Manufacturing in Russells Point, Ohio. He lives in Bellefontaine.

Jane Young Lewis, PhD (A&S) '83, has been inducted into the Academy of Women Achievers by the YWCA of the City of New York. Lewis is vice president of scientific technical services for Philip Morris U.S.A. She lives in Richmond, Va.

Jeffrey Rose, Eng '83, is vice president of technology at Textron Automotive in Troy, Mich., a two-billion-dollar auto parts supplier with international responsibility. Rose and his wife, Teresa, live in Harrison Township, Mich.

Kelly Shipe, CCM '83, a professional harpist and the choral director at Jefferson County High School in Knoxville, Tenn., has performed with the Knoxville Symphony for five years. She studied with the late harpist, Lloyd Lindroth, of the Opryland Hotel and made her first professional recording in 1986. She lives in Knoxville.

Jerry Diekmann, BusAd '84, is senior marketing manager at Rich Products in Buffalo, N.Y. He received his MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He and his wife, Janet, live in East Amherst, N.Y.

Patrick Gibbons, DAAP '84, was promoted last February to senior vice president of marketing at Walker Information in Indianapolis. He earned his MBA from Butler University and joined Walker in 2000. He lives in Indianapolis.

1985
Lawrence Marsco, Nur '85, is an administrative nurse manager of the Positive Health Program of the University of California at San Francisco at San Francisco General Hospital, an HIV, oncology and hematology clinic. He is also acting director of primary care nursing for the San Francisco Department of Public Health.

Mark Rood, MD '85, completed his term as president of the Cleveland Academy of Family Physicians last November. He and his wife, Robin Stromberg Rood, MA (A&S) '83, live in S. Russell, Ohio.

1986
Augustine Kposowa, MA (A&S) '86, is doing research on why divorced men have a higher risk of suicide than divorced women. Initial results were published in the "Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health" in 2000. Kposowa and his wife, Sherri, live in Riverside, Calif.

David Opperman, BusAd '86, recently became a partner in RCI, an asset management company in Brandon, Fla., where he lives.

Jon Reinhard, Ed '82, MEd '86, owns his own educational consulting business, Reinhard & Associates, which focuses on high school restructuring on a national basis. He and his wife, Mary Jo, were married Dec. 22, 2001, and have five daughters, ages 13 through 19, with two in college. The Reinhards live in Delaware, Ohio.

Cynthia Martin Donisi, BusAd '87, just moved back to the Cincinnati area from Massachusetts. She is an at-home mom with four children, Christina, 12, Carl, 9, Jonathan, 5, and Aaron, 4.

John Hall, MEd '87, PhD (Ed) '90, was recently appointed the coordinator of the Educational Specialist Degree Program at Arkansas State University. He also served as president of the Arkansas School Psychology Association for the 2001-2002 year. His wife, Cathy Hall, MSN '87, is an assistant professor of nursing at Arkansas State University. The Halls have two daughters, Elizabeth, 7, and Sarah, 3, and live in Jonesboro, Ark.

Paula Robinson, A&S '88, has run a home business since 1989 as a writer, editor and typist proficient in medical and scientific terminologies. She is also an author of several hard science fiction short works and has edited several articles for the "Journal of American Ophthalmology." She and her husband, Rick McCollum, live in Cincinnati.

1989
Ellen Geiss Kumar, Eng '89, is a consulting director for RWD Technologies, a company that provides human performance improvement services in San Ramon, Calif. She is an avid runner, completing two half marathons in the past two years. Both she and her husband, Mukul Kumar, MS (Eng) '90, PhD (Eng) '95, love to golf. They have been married for 10 years and were expecting their first child this past May. The Kumars have lived in Ohio, Maryland and now California, but still keep in touch with their Bearcat roots through friends and news updates.

Tom Wiley, DAAP '89, has worked for WTW Architects in Pittsburgh since 1993. He and his wife, Barbara, have been married for 11 years and enjoy traveling and following the Bearcats. The Wileys live in Pittsburgh.

Michael Young, PhD (A&S) '89, was recently appointed senior lecturer in the Department of English at La Roche College in Pittsburgh.
