A park-like focal point of campus green-space, located between Martin Luther King Drive and the Alumni Center; includes benches, landscaping and a water fountain; completion: fall 2000. Demolition of surface parking made room for this social setting between residential and academic buildings. An international arboretum and triangular gardens bring the feel of Burnet Woods onto campus. Construction began in June '99.
